New: Productivity Report

The Productivity Report gives you a quick overview of your team’s engagement across tasks, appointments, calls, notes, emails, and SMS—helping you measure activity and stay on top of productivity metrics by user.

You can access this report by navigating to the Reports page in LeadCenter. From there, click on the Executive Reports button, use the Category dropdown to filter by "Executive Reports", or search for "Productivity Report" using the search bar.

What You Can Track

  • Engagement Timeline: A bar chart showing the volume of activity over time, color-coded by type—appointments, calls, emails, notes, SMS, and tasks. This helps visualize daily, weekly, or monthly engagement levels.
  • Interaction Counts: A summary count of all logged activities during the selected timeframe, broken down by type.
  • Appointments List: See all scheduled and completed appointments within the selected period.
  • Calls List: Access all logged calls by selected users.
  • Emails by Subject: A list of emails sent, categorized by subject line for quick insight into outreach topics.
  • Notes List: Review all contact notes added by the team.
  • Tasks List: View all tasks completed or due within the timeframe.

Available Filters

  • Date Range: Select the timeframe you want to analyze (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).
  • User Filter: Choose one or more users to view individual or team performance.

Tips:

This report updates every 15 minutes. As a result, the latest data may not be immediately available.

This report is currently in beta, which means we’re actively testing and refining its features based on user feedback. You may notice ongoing improvements, and we welcome your suggestions to enhance its value.
