We are happy to announce the release of LeadCenter.AI Click-To-Call Solution. Now you can call your contacts directly from LeadCenter.AI without the need for a phone or 3rd party VOIP system.

  • Monitor the performance of your scheduling team and see how many calls they made to each prospect.
  • Review all outbound calls to contacts directly from the contact details page under Communications \ Phone Calls.
  • Outbound calls will be recorded and automatically transcribed to save you time from entering notes about each call.
  • Save money in subscribing to third-party VOIP systems or expensive integration between your CRM and VOIP.

To be able to place calls from LeadCenter

  1. if you didn't buy virtual phone numbers yet, Go to Settings \ Contact Capturing \ Virtual Phone Numbers and buy a virtual number.
  2. Make sure to enter an emergency address for your account under Settings \ Basic Settings \ Business Name, Address, and Logo
  3. Now you can place calls to contacts. To open the dialer, click on the green Click to Call Button in the Contact details page in the upper right corner next Actions menu You can also click on the Click to Call button next to any phone number

Outbound phone calls, call recording, and call transcriptions will be charged using the same rate as as inbound calls.
