Upcoming Major Updates to LeadCenter — Coming in the Next Two Weeks!

We’re excited to share a preview of several new features and improvements that will enhance your LeadCenter experience. Here’s what to expect:

Daily Digest

Starting soon, you’ll receive a daily digest email every workday at 6:00 AM. This email will include your appointments, tasks, seminars, and contact special dates for the day — all in one convenient place. The goal is to give you a head start on your day by providing easy access to your most important activities.

AND / OR Filter Customization Improvement

You can now combine AND and OR operators between conditional groups in Filters, Segments, Workflows, and Email Marketing. This improvement will make building filters faster and more efficient, reducing complexity and saving you time.

Workflow Contact Update Trigger Enhancement

Previously, contact update triggers would activate whenever any contact field changed. The new update allows you to trigger contact updates based on specific field changes. For example, trigger only when the “Stage” field is updated.

Workflow Duplication

You will now be able to copy (duplicate) workflows, email campaigns, and text campaigns. This makes creating new workflows and campaigns quicker and easier.

AUM Financial Accounts: Main and Sleeve Feature

LeadCenter’s financial accounts were originally designed for production, fees, and advisor commission tracking, which required advisors to create duplicate accounts for multiple fundings in the same client account. Additionally, integrations with custodians like Orion and Black Diamond involve multiple sleeves under a single account.

To solve this, we’re introducing Main and Sleeve accounts in LeadCenter. Sleeve accounts can now be linked under one Main account, improving user experience by:

  • Displaying a single Main account per contact in the interface.
  • Syncing seamlessly with custodians to link Main and Sleeve accounts.

Financial Account Page Column Customization

You can now customize the columns displayed on the Financial Accounts page, tailoring the view to your preferences.

Notification System in Web App

A new notification system will alert you to important updates directly within the LeadCenter web app. Notifications will appear in the upper-right corner and also as browser pop-ups (ensure notifications are enabled for LeadCenter in your browser).

Website and Landing Page Builder Access

Previously, only account owners could access the LeadCenter Website and Landing Page Builder. Now, all users will have access.

Announcing LeadCenter University

We are excited to announce LeadCenter University!

LeadCenter University is a comprehensive training program designed to cover various areas of the LeadCenter platform. Sessions will be held weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM Central Time.

The training will be role-based and cover topics such as:

  • Sales & Operations Training
  • Financial Accounts Management
  • Managing Workflows
  • Managing Email and Text Templates with Shortcodes
  • Email and Text Marketing
  • Events Marketing Management
  • Reports and Business Intelligence

Whether you are new to LeadCenter or already familiar with it, these sessions will introduce new features and recent additions across each module.
