Effortless Task Management with Recurring Tasks

Managing repetitive tasks just got easier. Create recurring tasks that repeat at your preferred frequency.

  • Flexible Scheduling Options: Set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, choosing specific days or dates for recurrence.
  • Automatic Task Generation: When a recurring task is marked as complete, the system automatically generates the next scheduled task, keeping your task list updated.
  • Custom End Conditions: Choose to end recurrence after a set number of occurrences or on a specific date.
  • Easy Management & Updates
    • A new "Recurring" filter is added to the Status dropdown, allowing you to quickly view only recurring tasks.
    • When editing a recurring task, you'll be prompted with two options:
      • "Only this task" → Converts the task into a standalone entry, keeping the original recurrence pattern intact.
      • "This task and all upcoming tasks in this series" → Updates all future occurrences from that point forward.

How to Create a Recurring Task

  1. Navigate to the Tasks Page.
  2. Click the icon from the left-side menu or select “Create Task” from the “Action” dropdown on the top right.
  3. Enter the task title and details.
  4. Check the “Repeats?” box.
  5. Select the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) and configure recurrence options.
  6. Set the start date and define the end condition (Never, After X occurrences, or On a specific date).
  7. Click Save to create the recurring task.
