Tasks are now easier to create, review, and update across LeadCenter. You can create and edit tasks from a slide-out panel without leaving your current page, review tasks by workflow, take bulk action from Kanban, and see more context when tasks are linked to lists or appointments.
When you create or edit a task, LeadCenter now opens a slide-out panel on the right side of the screen. The panel includes the full task workflow, including contacts, owners, due dates, recurrence, notes, attachments, task lists, categories, priority, and visibility.
The new Start at field lets you schedule when work begins. When a start time is set, the due field becomes End at, and LeadCenter shows the task duration. You can also add estimated Work hours and attach multiple documents before saving.
The panel opens from task create buttons throughout the app. When you create a task from a contact or appointment, LeadCenter can pre-fill the related contact or link the task to the appointment. When you convert an email, SMS, call, form submission, or note into a task, the relevant details are carried into the task notes.
On the Tasks page, use the view toggle to switch between List, Kanban, and Group by Workflow. The workflow view groups tasks by workflow and step, includes collapsible sections, and remembers your last selected view in your browser.
On Kanban, select one or more task cards to open the bulk action bar. You can change stage, visibility, owner, due date, task list, creator, or delete selected tasks without switching back to List view.
Task emails and task details now also include task list and appointment context when available. Appointment links open the related LeadCenter appointment, so users can jump to the appointment record for notes, attendees, and meeting context.
