Notes now open in a side panel on the right, giving your team more room to read full note details, view attached documents, and manage replies without leaving the list.
What’s Improved
More room to review notes — Notes open in a dedicated side panel instead of expanding inline in the table.
Faster access from note lists — Click a note row or the eye icon in the Details column to open the panel.
Better note context in one place — The panel shows note details, badges, related links, full note content, attached documents, and replies.
How It Works
Click any note row, including the note text, to open the note details panel. You can also click the eye icon in the Details column.
Open a note from the list to review details, documents, and replies in the side panel.
This applies anywhere notes are listed, including the main Notes page, the Notes tab on a contact, and the Notes tab on a household or family.
Inside the panel, you can review the full note, copy note content, edit notes you created, view attached documents, and read or add threaded replies with rich text and @mentions.
Please note: Creating and editing notes still use the familiar note form. The row actions menu for pinning, downloading a PDF, uploading a document, converting to a task, or deleting a note continues to work as before.
Why It Matters
Stay in context — Review note details without leaving the list you were working from.
See more at once — Read longer notes, attachments, and replies in a cleaner panel view.
Move through related work faster — Contact and appointment links open their preview or details panels instead of taking you away from the page.
