Push Account Updates to Redtail

Our Redtail integration just got even better. In addition to sending new accounts from LeadCenter to Redtail, you can now push updates to existing accounts — ensuring that Redtail always reflects the most accurate, up-to-date information.

What’s New

Whenever you update account details in LeadCenter, you can now push those changes to Redtail with a single click — keeping both platforms aligned and saving time on manual data entry.

Fields Included in Account Updates

The following fields are included when pushing updates to Redtail:

  • Account number
  • Company name
  • Product name
  • Account type
  • Status
  • Tax qualification status
  • Tax qualification type

Important Notes

  • This feature currently works only for AUM and Insurance account types.
  • Account number is required — if it’s empty, the account will not be pushed or updated.
  • Updates can only be pushed if the lead is already synced to Redtail.
  • If an account is a sleeve account, it will be pushed as a standalone account (not as a sleeve) in Redtail.

How to Push Account Updates

You’re always in control of when updates are sent. After editing an account in LeadCenter:

  1. Go to the Accounts list page.
  2. Find the relevant account and click the three-dot () menu on the right.
  3. Select Update in Redtail to immediately push the latest data.

You can also find the Update in Redtail option in the account’s action dropdown from the contact’s account details page. Remember: you’ll need to select this option every time you want to push updated data to Redtail.

  • Ensure Redtail always reflects the most current account details.
  • Eliminate manual updates and reduce the risk of data errors.
  • Improve team visibility and streamline client servicing workflows.
