New: Capture Calls and Leads from RingCentral and GoTo Connect

LeadCenter now integrates with RingCentral and GoTo Connect, allowing you to place calls and track inbound and outbound call activity directly inside LeadCenter.
This update keeps your phone conversations connected to your contacts — without switching platforms.
What’s New
Click-to-call from LeadCenter — Click any phone number and place calls instantly using RingCentral or GoTo Connect.
Call activity synced automatically — Inbound and outbound calls appear in LeadCenter’s call log and in each contact’s activity history.
Call recordings available — Listen to recordings when provided by your phone system.
Automatic contact matching — Calls are linked to the correct contact whenever possible.
Optional contact creation — Choose whether unknown inbound numbers should automatically create new contacts.
Internal calls excluded — Calls between your own team members are not captured, keeping logs focused on clients and prospects.
Supported Providers
RingCentral
Calls can be placed directly from LeadCenter using the RingCentral dialer.
RingCentral calls appear in a dedicated RingCentral tab inside call logs and contact details.
Calls placed or received directly in RingCentral (outside LeadCenter) also sync into LeadCenter.
GoTo Connect
Calls open in the GoTo Connect desktop or mobile app.
You can optionally set GoTo Connect as your default phone app for tel: links on your device.
GoTo Connect calls are labeled clearly so they can be filtered in call logs and reports.
Beta Notice: These telephony integrations are currently in beta.
You may notice minor delays or inconsistencies as we continue improving reliability and performance.
Your feedback is appreciated as we refine the experience.
Integrations are applied at the firm level — individual users do not need to connect accounts.
Calls made before connecting the integration will not sync automatically.
During the beta phase, we offer free assisted migration of historical RingCentral or GoTo Connect calls — just contact support to get started.
New call activity typically appears in LeadCenter within 15 seconds to 1 minute.
Telephony calls are not yet eligible for AI transcription.
