New: Additional Pipelines for Deals, Projects, and Custom Workflows

You can now create Additional Pipelines in LeadCenter to track deals, projects, and workflows
separately from your main Sales Pipeline.
This gives you the flexibility to manage opportunities beyond the default sales flow — without affecting how leads and contacts move through your primary pipeline.
What’s New
Create multiple pipelines — Build separate pipelines for deals, projects, renewals, implementations, or any custom process.
Deal-based tracking — Additional Pipelines track deals, not contacts, keeping your Sales Pipeline clean and focused.
Custom stages per pipeline — Each pipeline has its own stages that match the workflow you’re managing.
Kanban & table views — Move deals through stages visually or manage them in a list view.
Link contacts & companies — Deals can be associated with one or more contacts and (if enabled) companies.
Sales Pipeline vs. Additional Pipelines
LeadCenter now supports two complementary pipeline types:
Sales Pipeline — Your default pipeline where leads and contacts are captured and moved through your main sales stages.
Additional Pipelines — Optional pipelines used to track deals or workflows that shouldn’t live in the main sales flow.
Your Sales Pipeline remains unchanged — Additional Pipelines simply add more flexibility on top of it.

Running separate pipelines for different teams or products
How It Works
Leads and contacts continue to flow through your Sales Pipeline.
When an opportunity is identified, you create a deal in an Additional Pipeline.
The deal moves through its own stages, while the contact stays in the Sales Pipeline.
How to Get Started
From the Sales Dashboard, open the left navigation menu and expand
Pipelines, then select Additional pipelines.
From there, you can create your first custom pipeline using a template or start from scratch.
