Open a conversation using the More (chevron) action.
Scroll to the bottom of the conversation panel.
Type your message in Type your reply…
Press Enter to send or click Send.
Use Shift + Enter to add a new line.
How It Works
The send button is disabled for empty or whitespace-only messages.
The message box automatically expands while typing.
After sending, the composer resets instantly.
Your new message appears immediately in the same conversation panel.
If sending fails, an error notification will appear.
Additional Notes
Quick Reply uses the conversation’s existing virtual number.
The full compose screen is still available from the actions dropdown.
Read/unread states and visibility settings remain unchanged.
This update reduces clicks and makes SMS communication inside LeadCenter faster and more intuitive.
