Q2 2025: Upcoming Features

At LeadCenter, we continue to enhance the platform with powerful tools designed to simplify operations, improve client engagement, and give your team more control. Here's a preview of what’s coming between April and June 2025.

Disclaimer: The features listed below are currently in development and subject to change based on internal testing and feedback. While we strive to meet these timelines, development schedules are subject to change.

I. LeadCenter Mobile App

Access contacts and appointments on the go. The new LeadCenter mobile app will enable teams to stay connected, view schedules, and access client data directly from their phones.

II. Assigning Tasks to Teams

Assign workflows and individual tasks to entire teams, not just individual users. This update supports better task distribution and cross-functional collaboration.

III. Personal Email Notification Preferences

Users will be able to customize which email notifications they receive from LeadCenter. Whether it's task updates, appointment reminders, or workflow activity, users can tailor alerts to match their preferences.

IV. Assigning Contacts to Scheduler or Business Development

Users will be able to assign a “Scheduler” or “Business Development” team member to a contact. This ensures consistent tracking and reporting, even if the contact owner changes.

V. Jump and Zocks Integration

LeadCenter will integrate with JumpApp and Zocks to deliver call summaries and call preparation notes automatically, helping advisors prepare and follow up more efficiently.

VI. Black Diamond Integration

We’re adding support for Black Diamond to sync financial account data into LeadCenter. This integration helps advisors get a unified view of client assets alongside their engagement history.

VII. Workflow System Enhancements

Several workflow upgrades will improve automation flexibility:

  • Triggers based on specific field updates (e.g., when "Stage" or "Lead Source" is changed).
  • New workflow nodes based on email open or click behavior.

VIII. Open API Availability

For firms looking to extend LeadCenter’s capabilities, we’re rolling out Open API access, allowing developers to integrate LeadCenter with external applications and custom workflows, ensuring greater flexibility and automation.
