Access contacts and appointments on the go. The new LeadCenter mobile app will enable teams to stay connected, view schedules, and access client data directly from their phones.
Assign workflows and individual tasks to entire teams, not just individual users. This update supports better task distribution and cross-functional collaboration.
Users will be able to customize which email notifications they receive from LeadCenter. Whether it's task updates, appointment reminders, or workflow activity, users can tailor alerts to match their preferences.
Users will be able to assign a “Scheduler” or “Business Development” team member to a contact. This ensures consistent tracking and reporting, even if the contact owner changes.
LeadCenter will integrate with JumpApp and Zocks to deliver call summaries and call preparation notes automatically, helping advisors prepare and follow up more efficiently.
We’re adding support for Black Diamond to sync financial account data into LeadCenter. This integration helps advisors get a unified view of client assets alongside their engagement history.
