We’re excited to introduce new reporting tools that will enhance your experience with
LeadCenter.AI’s Click-to-Call feature. These reports allow you to measure scheduler
performance in real-time, providing valuable insights into your team’s calling activities.
You can track and analyze call interactions with the following reports:
- Appointment Scheduler
Report: Gain insights on appointments by scheduler, including
conversion rates, client acquisition ratios, and active close rates.
- Outbound Calls
Report: Measure the performance of your scheduling team by
reviewing all outbound calls, including call date, called number, and call duration for
each scheduler.
- Engagements
Report Track both inbound and outbound call interactions for each
scheduler. To view detailed call engagements, click on the "Calls" tab within the
report.
What You Can Do with LeadCenter.AI Click-to-Call
- Direct Calls from LeadCenter: Call your contacts directly from
LeadCenter.AI without the need for external VOIP systems.
- Automatic Call Transcriptions: Save time with inbound and outbound
calls being recorded and automatically transcribed.
- Cost Savings: Reduce costs by eliminating the need for third-party VOIP
systems or expensive integrations.
- Measure Performance: Track and analyze your scheduling team’s calling

How to Get Started

Add Phone Numbers: Go to Settings
-> Contact Capturing -> Phone Numbers and add a phone number.

Enter Emergency Address: Enter an emergency address for
your account under Settings -> Basic
Settings -> Business Name, Address, and Logo.

Start Placing Calls: You can place calls to contacts directly from
the contact details page, leads dashboard and contacts dashboard. Click on the green Click to Call button in the
upper right corner next to the Actions menu or the phone icon next to any phone
number.
Note: If you want your office number or business name to appear as the caller ID while
placing calls from LeadCenter, please send an email to support@leadcenter.ai to enable this feature for your account.
Outbound phone calls, call recording, and call transcriptions will be charged using the same
