We want to inform you about an important update to the subject lines of your appointment-related system email notifications. These updates have been implemented to help you stay more organized and better informed about your scheduled appointments.

What’s Changed?

The subject lines for the appointment confirmation, reminder, reschedule, and cancellation system emails you receive will now reflect the specific subject entered when the appointment was set up. This update applies to both internal meetings and appointments with contacts.

Note: This update applies to the emails sent to you from no-reply@leadcenter.ai and does not affect the emails sent to your contacts. Your contacts will continue to receive the emails you have set up using your email templates.

Examples of the New Subject Lines:

  1. Appointments with Contacts:
    • Confirmation Email (if booked via public calendar link):
      • Old: "John Doe booked an appointment with you"
      • New: "John Doe booked an appointment with you from public calendar 60 Minutes Meeting"
    • Confirmation Email (if booked by a LeadCenter user):
      • Old: "John Doe booked an appointment with you"
      • New: "Discovery Call" (The subject entered during the appointment setup.)
    • Reminder Email:
      • Old: "Reminder: You have an upcoming appointment with John Doe"
      • New: "Reminder: Discovery Call"
    • Reschedule Email:
      • Old: "Rescheduled: Appointment with John Doe is rescheduled"
      • New: "Rescheduled: Discovery Call"
    • Cancellation Email:
      • Old: "Cancelled: Appointment with John Doe is cancelled"
      • New: "Cancelled: Discovery Call"
  2. Internal Meetings:
    • Confirmation Email:
      • Old: "Internal meeting booked with you"
      • New: "Discovery Call"
    • Cancellation Email:
      • Old: "Cancelled: Internal meeting is cancelled"
      • New: "Cancelled: Discovery Call"
