LeadCenter Now Seamlessly Integrates with Smarsh

We’re excited to announce that LeadCenter.AI now integrates with Smarsh, helping financial advisory firms seamlessly meet compliance and record-keeping requirements.

With this integration, you can automatically archive:

  • Marketing emails that originated from LeadCenter email marketing systems. For emails sent and received from Microsoft Outlook or Google Gmail, please use direct integration between Smarsh and those systems.
  • Text messages sent and received using LeadCenter.
  • Notes added in LeadCenter.

How it works:

  1. Connect Smarsh with LeadCenter by configuring your destination address.
  2. Choose what you want to archive.
  3. LeadCenter will automatically archive your data to Smarsh daily at 5:00 AM UTC.

Note: The archive will not include historical data prior to integration. Archiving starts from the date the integration is configured. If you want to archive older records, please use the export reports to download the data and upload it directly into Smarsh.
