Send Event Invitations in Just a Few Clicks

You can now schedule and send up to three automated email invitations* for each event—helping you boost attendance and reduce no-shows without any manual work.

* Invitation emails are sent only for scheduled events. They will not be sent to contacts who are already registered or to events marked as completed, canceled, or draft.

Just choose your contact segment, select a template, and schedule your sends. It’s simple, efficient, and built right into your existing event workflow.

What’s new

  • Add up to three invitations per event: First, Second, and Third.
  • Assign a contact segment and sender email for the entire event.
  • Use your marketing-ready email templates.
  • Schedule send date & time and time zone for each invitation.
  • Fully integrated with the event setup process.

How it works

  1. Go to any event and open the Invitation emails tab.
  2. Set a contact segment and sender email for the event (used across all invitations).
  3. Enable the invitations you want to use.
  4. For each invitation, choose a template, send date & time (must be at least 1 hour in the future), and time zone.
  5. Save your setup.
