You can now use Tags as a watch field in contact update–triggered workflows. This enhancement allows workflows to run automatically whenever a tag is added or removed from a contact — giving you more flexibility to automate communications, assignments, and tasks based on tag changes.
When setting up a workflow with a Contact Update trigger, you can now include Tags in the Watch Fields list. Once selected, any time a tag is added or removed from a contact, the workflow will automatically trigger and execute your configured actions.
