New: Claudia AI Can Now Join Supported Meetings from Synced Outlook and Google Calendars

Claudia AI can now join supported online meetings not only from LeadCenter-created appointments, but also from appointments synced from Outlook and Google calendars. As long as the meeting includes a supported online meeting link that LeadCenter can find, the same AI note taker workflow can apply.

What’s New

  • Use Claudia AI with synced calendar meetings — Supported online meetings synced from Outlook and Google calendars can now use the same AI note taker path as supported meetings in LeadCenter.
  • Find meeting links more reliably — LeadCenter looks for supported meeting links in the usual join field and in other common places like meeting details, location, and notes or description text.
  • Handle supported online meeting types consistently — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet links can trigger the AI note taker when they are present and readable on the appointment.

How It Works

If your team syncs calendars into LeadCenter, supported online meetings can now follow the same Claudia AI note taker workflow even when the appointment originally came from Outlook or Google Calendar. The meeting still needs to include a supported online meeting link that LeadCenter can detect.

LeadCenter first checks the normal join-meeting field, then also looks in other common places where users often paste meeting links, including extra meeting details, the location field, and the appointment notes or description.

Supported meeting types currently include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. If the meeting uses one of those supported link types and the AI note taker is enabled for the calendar, Claudia can treat the synced meeting like another supported online meeting.

Please note: Meeting transcription must still be enabled for the calendar in calendar settings before the Claudia AI note taker can join supported meetings. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}
Also important: Claudia may not join if the meeting has no supported link, if the link is removed or replaced with an unsupported meeting type, if the meeting is already in the past, or if the time changes too close to the meeting start. These checks are there to help avoid joining the wrong meeting or joining when the appointment is no longer a good fit.

  • Cover more real advisor meetings — Use Claudia AI even when supported online meetings come from synced Outlook or Google calendar appointments.
  • Reduce manual work — You do not need to recreate supported meetings in LeadCenter just so the AI note taker can use them.
