When Steep marks a registrant as Appointment Set, LeadCenter now maps that value to the event attendee status Appointment scheduled.
Previously, Steep's Appointment Set status was not recognized during sync. Those registrants usually landed on Registered (or Confirmed if Steep's confirmed flag was set). The Steep sync now treats "status": "Appointment Set" as a first-class mapping.
| What Steep sends | LeadCenter attendee status |
|---|---|
status is Appointment Set |
Appointment scheduled |
The match is case-insensitive. Extra spaces around the status text are ignored.
Steep sends its attended flag together with the Appointment Set status. Appointment Set is the more specific of the two, so LeadCenter gives it priority:
If the LeadCenter event is Scheduled and has an email or SMS template for Appointment scheduled, that template can send when the attendee first lands on this status. If no template is configured for that status, the attendee still updates and no message is sent.
