Appointment Creators Now Hear When Clients Confirm, Reschedule, or Cancel
10/26/2026
When a contact confirms an appointment, or asks to reschedule or cancel, LeadCenter now emails the person who created it, not just the calendar owners. Schedulers who book for advisors stay in the loop, even when their calendar isn't on the appointment.
Who gets it — Each calendar owner on the appointment, plus the person shown as Created by. Someone who is both gets one email.
What triggers it — The confirm or cancel link, or a reply of 1, 2, or 3 to a reminder text.
Please note: Replies 2 and 3 are requests. Someone on your team still needs to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Public bookings have no creator, so those emails go only to the calendar owners. These emails aren't controlled by the Incoming text message setting.
