LeadCenter now logs all emails sent to or received from both primary and secondary email addresses, providing a more comprehensive communication history and improving compliance tracking.
What’s New?
Previously, only emails sent to or received from a contact’s primary email address were logged.
Now, emails associated with both primary and secondary email addresses are automatically captured and displayed under the contact’s communication history.
⚠ Important Note: Emails from secondary email addresses will start being logged from today onward. Previous email exchanges from secondary addresses will not be retroactively synced.
Why This Matters?
Improved Compliance Tracking: Ensure all relevant communications are logged for compliance and auditing purposes.
Complete Communication Visibility: Advisors and team members can now see the full email history of a contact, regardless of which email address was used.
Better Client Engagement: Avoid missing important follow-ups or responses that may be sent to a secondary email address.
Where Can You See This Update?
Emails from both primary and secondary email addresses now appear in the Emails section of the contact details page.
Email logs in the Sales Dashboard > Communications > Emails now reflect messages associated with both email addresses.
