At LeadCenter.AI, we’re continuously enhancing our platform to help financial advisors improve efficiency and automate client engagement. This March, we’re rolling out powerful new features designed to enhance task management, privacy controls, appointment handling, and overall user experience.
Below is the list of features and enhancements coming to LeadCenter in March 2025.
To streamline task management, LeadCenter will introduce Recurring Tasks, allowing users to set up tasks that repeat at specified intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly). This feature ensures that essential tasks are never overlooked, reducing the need for manual task creation.
Users will be able to mark appointments and entire calendar connections (Google, Microsoft) as private, ensuring that other users in the organization only see blocked times without viewing event details.
Instead of assigning tasks and workflows to individual users, LeadCenter will allow assignment to teams, enabling better collaboration and task distribution across departments. This will enhance efficiency for firms with multiple advisors and support staff.
To provide greater control over sensitive data, we’re introducing privacy settings for tasks, task lists, call logs, emails, SMS, and notes. Users will be able to set visibility preferences to restrict access to private information while maintaining seamless collaboration.
Users will soon have the ability to change the host and main contact for scheduled appointments. This update simplifies rescheduling and ensures that the correct advisor or team member is assigned to the meeting.
The Calls, SMS, and Emails sections will receive a refreshed interface with improved layout, clearer organization, and enhanced usability—making it easier to track client interactions across multiple communication channels.
For firms looking to extend LeadCenter’s capabilities, we’re rolling out Open API access, allowing developers to integrate LeadCenter with external applications and custom workflows, ensuring greater flexibility and automation.
Stay tuned for these updates and more as we continue improving LeadCenter to meet your needs!
