Ask a plain-English question about the contact in front of you, and Troy AI helps summarize recent activity, surface key details, and suggest possible next steps. It is designed to save clicks and support your review before you decide what to do next.
Note: Troy AI is currently in beta and will continue to improve over time as we refine the experience and add new capabilities.

Where to Find It
Open a contact record and click Troy AI from the action bar at the top of the page.

Troy AI opens as a side panel focused on the contact you are currently viewing, so you can immediately ask questions without gathering information from multiple places first.

How It Works
Open any contact record.
Click Troy AI.
Choose one of the suggested prompts or type your own question.
Review the response and continue the conversation with follow-up questions.
Use full-screen mode if you want a larger workspace.
