New: Ask Troy AI About Any Contact

Troy AI is now available in LeadCenter with a new experience on contact pages. Every contact has a story: conversations, appointments, notes, tasks, pipeline moments, and the follow-ups that matter. Troy AI helps you read that story faster, right from the contact page you are already viewing.

Ask a plain-English question about the contact in front of you, and Troy AI helps summarize recent activity, surface key details, and suggest possible next steps. It is designed to save clicks and support your review before you decide what to do next.

Note: Troy AI is currently in beta and will continue to improve over time as we refine the experience and add new capabilities.

What’s New

  • Review any contact faster — Troy AI can summarize activity, explain communication history, identify important details, and answer questions about the contact you are viewing.
  • Suggested prompts — Start quickly with built-in prompts or ask your own questions in natural language.
  • Conversation history — Recent chats are saved so you can revisit previous conversations later.
  • Next-step recommendations — Troy AI can help identify opportunities and suggest possible actions to move a relationship forward.
  • Full-screen mode — Expand the conversation when you need more room to review responses.

Where to Find It

Open a contact record and click Troy AI from the action bar at the top of the page.

Troy AI opens as a side panel focused on the contact you are currently viewing, so you can immediately ask questions without gathering information from multiple places first.

How It Works

  1. Open any contact record.
  2. Click Troy AI.
  3. Choose one of the suggested prompts or type your own question.
  4. Review the response and continue the conversation with follow-up questions.
  5. Use full-screen mode if you want a larger workspace.

Some examples of questions you can ask include:

  • Show me the recent activity history for this contact
  • Summarize this contact's communication history and key details
  • What should I do next to move this contact forward in the pipeline?
Please note: Troy AI helps you review information faster, but it does not send emails or update CRM records.
