You can now choose which appointment activity emails LeadCenter sends you, so you can reduce extra alerts without affecting the emails your clients receive.
What’s New
Personal appointment email controls — Turn off appointment booked, updated, rescheduled, or cancelled emails when you do not need them.
Client emails stay unchanged — These preferences only affect notification emails sent to you.
No action required — The options are on by default, so your current email experience stays the same unless you make a change.
How It Works
Click your name in the top-right corner, choose Notification Preferences, then scroll to the Appointments section. Uncheck any appointment activity emails you no longer want to receive, then click Save.
Choose which appointment activity emails you want to receive in Notification Preferences.
Please note: These settings are personal to each team member. Turning them off only affects the notification emails sent to you. Client confirmation, reschedule, and cancellation emails are not affected.
Why It Matters
Reduce unnecessary email — Keep the appointment alerts that help you and turn off the ones that do not.
Keep client communication intact — Your client-facing appointment emails continue to send as expected.
Fine-tune appointment notifications — Appointment activity emails, 20-minute appointment reminders, and client review reminders remain separate options in the Appointments section.
