New: AI Tools in LeadCenter

We’re introducing new AI tools in LeadCenter. The AI Assistant helps you create and refine emails & texts — and includes a built-in Email & Text Compliance Check so you can instantly review messages against SEC & FINRA guidelines. In addition, the new Contact Compliance Audit lets you review contact data for regulatory issues.

Both features are in Beta and available to all users.

AI Assistant for Emails & Texts

The AI Assistant is now built into your email and text templates — as well as when sending an email or text directly from a contact record or the communications pages. With this update, you can generate new messages, improve drafts, and ensure compliance without leaving LeadCenter.AI.

How It Works

Click the new AI Assistant button when creating or editing an email or text template, or when sending a message from a contact record or the communications pages. This opens the “Ask AI” panel at the top of your screen.

You can either start fresh or improve existing drafts. When you select Write new email, the chat box opens for you to create a message from scratch with AI. You can also freely chat with the AI Assistant for full flexibility. Pre-made prompts are available at the top to help you quickly adjust tone and structure:

  • Enhance with AI — expand and improve the draft
  • Formalize — make it more professional
  • Polish — refine tone and clarity
  • Elaborate — add more detail
  • Shorten — keep it concise
  • Compliance check (SEC & FINRA) — run a compliance review on your copy

Compliance Check

After drafting your message, use the Compliance Check option to run a preliminary review against SEC & FINRA guidelines. This helps you identify potential issues before sending and streamline your compliance workflow directly inside LeadCenter.AI.

Tip: Always write or generate your copy first — then run the Compliance Check to review it.

Compliance Audit for Contacts

In addition to the AI Assistant, we’ve added a Compliance Audit tool on contact records. Look for the shield icon at the top-right of a contact record to launch a compliance audit.

  • Compliance Check — status review of each field based on the contact’s data in LeadCenter.AI.
  • Compliance Analysis — a deeper review for SEC & FINRA rules, with a table of identified issues, regulatory references, and recommendations for improvement.

You can include/exclude fields in the analysis and enable rules by regulator (FINRA, SEC, or both). Both are enabled by default.

Privacy Note: Only status messages (not PII or full contact records) are transmitted for analysis. You can view the exact message sent and received directly in the interface.

AI Chat Log

All AI Assistant sessions are logged centrally for your account. You can review past sessions anytime in two ways:

  • Go directly to the AI Chat Log page.
  • Or, open your Settings, click the Security Management tab, and select AI Chat Log.

Note: Logs are visible at the account level, so all sessions are stored centrally and not limited to the individual user.
