When someone books a meeting with you, LeadCenter will automatically send you and your invitee an email confirmation with the scheduling details. LeadCenter will default to one of two notification types:
A calendar invitation is sent to your invitee when booking, which adds the event to their calendar. On the other hand, if you select email confirmation, your invitee will receive an email confirmation with links to create their own calendar event.
Important: calendar invitation is available as an option only for Microsoft calendar and Google Calendars. It is not available for Redtail CRM calendar.
By default, confirmation email will be sent from no-reply@leadcenter.ai. Make sure to connect a Shared Email Account to send confirmation emails from your email.

The send-from and reply-to emails depend on your notification type.
Calendar invitations will come from the email address associated with the calendar you've connected. | Email confirmations will come from a Shared Email Account. If a Shared Email Account is not configured, the email confirmation will come from no-reply@leadcenter.ai . | |
Replies will go to the email address associated with your calendar. | Replies will go to the Shared Email Account Unless you didn't configure one. |
Make sure to make any changes to the meeting from within the LeadCenter calendar, not from connected calendars. LeadCenter calendar gives more power to make changes like appointment category, priority, etc. Additionally, the email template system allows you to use shortcodes inside the templates.
