Say goodbye to scheduling headaches with BookMyTime.AI. Our powerful yet intuitive platform takes care of appointment booking and reminders, so you can focus on growing your business.

  • Share with clients or prospects to check your availability and book meetings directly with you.
  • Reduce friction in the sales funnel and close more deals.
  • Keep deal momentum high by removing scheduling friction at every stage of the sales cycle.

Public calendar main page

Public calendar links created in this page will be hosted on BookMyTime.AI. For example, you can create a public calendar link like this:

bookmytime.ai/yourname

When you create an account, a default calendar will be created. You can change the link URL from this page. This link will lead to your main public calendar page. This page will list all the calendar links (events) available to book with you. For example, you can create two links (events), one for 30-minute meetings and one for 60-minute meetings. Then two cards will show in your main public calendar page, one for each of those links. Also each link will have its own URL under the main link. For example:

bookmytime.ai/yourname/30-minutes

bookmytime.ai/yourname/60-minutes

Adding public calendar to your website

You can add a public calendar to your website using an iframe. Click on this icon next to your calendar name and then copy the iframe code and paste it into your website. The iframe code looks like this:

<iframe src="https://bookmytime.ai/YOURNAME?embed=true" width="900" height="600" style="border: none;"></iframe>

You can also share a specific calendar link (e.g., 30 minutes) instead of adding the entire public calendar to your website.

Set a Default Time Zone on a Public Booking Link

You can optionally add a query parameter to a public booking link so the Time zone selector opens on a specific region instead of using the visitor’s browser default time zone. This is useful for call centers, scripted booking links, or situations where you want everyone to see the same local time first.

LeadCenter supports these parameters:

  • timezone — preferred; use a valid IANA time zone name such as America/New_York or America/Chicago
  • tz — short alias with the same meaning; if both are present, timezone takes priority

Example URLs

https://bookmytime.ai/yourname/30-minutes?timezone=America/New_York
https://bookmytime.ai/yourname/30-minutes?tz=America/Los_Angeles

How It Works

  • The booking page still shows the Time zone dropdown. The URL only sets the initial selection.
  • The visitor can still change the time zone before booking.
  • If the value is missing, empty, or invalid, LeadCenter ignores it and uses the normal browser-local default behavior.
  • You can combine this with other query parameters such as prefill values, tracking parameters, or embed options. For more details on supported booking-link parameters, see Calendar Booking Prefill Parameters.

Where the Selected Time Zone Appears

  • On the date and time step, in the Time zone dropdown at the bottom of the booking widget
  • On the contact step, next to the globe icon
  • On the booking confirmation page, where appointment times are shown using the selected time zone

Tip: Common U.S. examples include America/New_York (Eastern), America/Chicago (Central), America/Denver (Mountain), and America/Los_Angeles (Pacific).
