By adding invitee questions to your booking page, you can gather information from your invitees in addition to the invitee's name and email.
For each public calendar link, you can add up to ten additional questions. You can leave questions as optional, or mark questions as required to ensure that invitees enter an answer prior to booking. You can choose the answer type that best suits the information you are collecting like:
Once invitees complete their booking, their answers will be saved under your appointment tab and added to your email notification.
Tip: Make sure to select the right public calendar link from the dropdown at the top of the page before you create Invitee questions to create them in the desired public calendar link.
Tip: You can change the order of the invitee questions by dragging and dropping the following icon next to the question.
