Calendar Business Hours

Business hours define when you are available for appointments. These settings control the time slots shown on your public booking pages and help determine availability for scheduling inside LeadCenter.

Set Your Weekly Schedule

Configure your weekly availability from the Business Hours section in Calendar Settings.

  1. Go to Calendar Settings.
  2. Open the Business Hours section.
  3. For each day of the week:
    • Turn the day on or off
    • Set the start time and end time
  4. Click Save.

Split Schedules for the Same Day

You can create multiple availability windows in the same day by clicking Add Hours. This is useful when you want a break in the middle of the day.

Example:

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

To remove a time slot, use the remove button next to that slot.

Time Zone

Your calendar uses the time zone set in your personal profile. That time zone is displayed on the Business Hours page for reference. To change it, go to your Personal Profile page.

Important Settings

Setting What It Controls
Pre-Bookable Days How far in advance contacts can book through your public calendar
Start Time Increments The spacing of available appointment times on your booking page
Time Before Meetings Buffer time before an appointment begins
Time After Meetings Buffer time after an appointment ends

How Availability Is Calculated

When someone views your public booking page, LeadCenter calculates available time slots using:

  1. Your business hours for that day
  2. Existing appointments and time blocks on your LeadCenter calendar
  3. Buffer time before and after meetings
  4. Connected calendar events when conflict checking is enabled
  5. Pre-bookable days and start time increments

Only time slots that remain available after all of those checks are shown to contacts.

Best Practices

  • Review your business hours regularly to keep them aligned with your true availability
  • Use buffer time when you need preparation or wrap-up time between meetings
  • Enable conflict checking on connected calendars so outside events affect availability correctly
  • Use pre-bookable days to prevent scheduling too far into the future
  • Use split schedules to account for lunch breaks or recurring unavailable periods
