When creating or editing public calendar links, the following are settings you can change:
Calendar Title: the title the client will see on the public calendar page.
Duration: the duration of the meeting that can be booked by clients.
Calendar Link: The url of this calendar.
Instructions: The instructions to clients that will be shown in the calendar page.
Default Calendar: This field is no longer used.
Category: The meeting category.
Confirmation Email Template: You can select a different confirmation email for each calendar link.
Meeting Location: Meeting locations that are available in this public calendar. You should configure the locations from the Calendar Basic Details Page.
Block Days: Days that will be blocked in this public calendar link, preventing clients from booking appointments with you on those days.
Minimum Notice Days: This is the number of days before the meeting that invitees cannot schedule. For example, if you enter 1, invitees will not be able to schedule same day meetings.
Daily Limit: The number of appointments you will accept per day from this calendar link. For example, if you don't want to do more than 2 client reviews per day, add 2 here.
Private: Select this option to make this link not visible in your public calendar main page. You can still share it privately with contacts to schedule meetings with you.
