Global Calendar Display Settings
LeadCenter includes account-wide calendar display settings that control how appointments appear
when viewing multiple calendars at the same time.
These settings apply to all calendars and affect all users in your account.
Calendar Coloring (Default Behavior)
By default, when you select more than one calendar, LeadCenter automatically assigns
a unique color to each calendar.
This makes it easier to visually distinguish appointments that belong to different calendars or team members.
Each selected calendar gets its own color.
Appointments inherit the color of the calendar they belong to.
Calendar name badges display using the same color.
Disable Calendar Re-Coloring
If you prefer a cleaner, more neutral calendar view, you can disable this automatic coloring behavior.
This is useful when color is distracting or when you want a consistent visual layout.
Go to Settings.
Open the Calendars tab.
Click Calendar.
Click the Settings button (top right).
Toggle Disable calendar re-coloring when selecting multiple calendars.
Click Save.
When this option is enabled:
Appointments appear in a neutral style instead of being re-colored per calendar.
Calendar name badges display without color coding.
The setting applies across all calendars in your account.
Tip: If you often compare schedules across multiple team members,
keeping calendar coloring enabled can make identification faster.
You can switch this setting on or off at any time.
