Use Join live meeting (Claudia AI) when your meeting is happening on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet and you want Claudia to join that online meeting for you. This is different from In Person Meeting Recording, which is used when you are physically in the room and recording from your computer or phone.
The exact location can vary slightly depending on where you start, but the wording stays the same: Join live meeting (Claudia AI).
Some accounts also show Join live meeting (Claudia AI) as a quick action from the main dashboard.
Your account may not have access to the AI meeting assistant for live online meetings, or your role may not include permission to use it. If you expected to see it, ask your administrator.
Tip: On some screens, you may also be able to correct the meeting title using the small edit control next to the subject.
After you send Claudia, LeadCenter works in the background using your team’s Claudia AI settings. You do not need to stay on that page to watch the meeting assistant join.
