Resolved - this incident has been resolved and integration is operational between LeadCenter and Redtail.

Investigating - At 9 a.m. Eastern Time, LeadCenter is not able to access Redtail via the API. We disabled the integration between LeadCenter and Redtail until Redtail resolve the API access issue. For ongoing updates, you can follow Redtail status update at Redtail System Status.
