Status: Further information – Number of the issues reported has been identified as visibility issue. the notes are being generated by Claudia, but the meeting host Claudia setting Default visibility for Claudia AI outputs is set to Visible only to me. Please contact the meeting host and ask them to change the note visibility to "Visible to all users". To make future client meeting notes visible to all users by default, the host can update this setting in Calendar Settings → Claudia AI → Default visibility for Claudia AI outputs and select Visible to all users.
We are still investigating cases where some Claudia AI notes were not generated because the ChatGPT API was unavailable or failing at the time of note generation.

Status: Identified – We have identified an issue where Claudia AI may not generate a call summary or tasks after joining a meeting once the meeting has ended. Our team is currently investigating the root cause.
If a meeting summary is missing, please email support@leadcenter.ai and our team will assist with generating the notes from the backend.
