Email Tracking Display Issue

LeadCenter previously experienced an issue where the numbers of opens and clicks in the email section inside the contact details page and the email logs page were inaccurately displayed as zero.

Resolved - The issue causing inaccurate display of email open and click metrics has been successfully resolved. All affected data is now displaying correctly. Our team will continue to monitor for stability.

Investigating - Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue to restore the correct display of email tracking data.

Identified - We have determined that email tracking data is being recorded correctly, but the UI is displaying 0 opens and clicks incorrectly.

Issue Detected - Users reported that all emails appear to have 0 opens and clicks, which does not reflect actual engagement.
