Status: Mitigated – We deployed a fix and completed the recovery process. The missing Claudia AI meeting summaries and follow-up email drafts for affected meetings have now been generated. We are monitoring the results to confirm normal processing.

Status: In Progress – We identified an issue that prevented some Claudia AI meeting summaries and follow-up email drafts from being generated. We are actively working on a fix.
