Status: Resolved – Google has confirmed that the issue was due to a brief global service disruption and has now been resolved. All affected services should be operating normally.

Status: Investigating – As of 1:30 PM Central Time, multiple Google services were down or experiencing connectivity issues. This affected several LeadCenter components that rely on Google services, including:

  • LeadCenter Reports
  • Google Calendar sync
  • Google email
  • Google transcription services

We actively monitored the situation and provided updates as more information became available.
