Status: Mitigated – A fix has been deployed to restore delivery of
transactional emails sent from shared email configurations
to Microsoft email providers (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, MSN).

Status: In Progress – We are actively working on a fix to restore delivery of
transactional emails (direct contact communication, appointment confirmations & reminders, event confirmations & reminders and workflows) sent from
shared email configurations to Microsoft email providers.
This work is focused on ensuring Microsoft mail servers accept and deliver these messages reliably.
Marketing and non-transactional emails will be addressed after transactional delivery is stabilized.
