Deals Module

Deals help you track opportunities, projects, or workflows inside Additional Pipelines. Unlike the main Sales Pipeline (which tracks contacts), Additional Pipelines track deals that can be linked to contacts and (if enabled) companies.


Where Deals Live

Deals are created and managed inside Additional Pipelines.

  1. From the left menu, click Pipelines.
  2. Click Additional pipelines.
  3. Select a pipeline and click View pipeline.

Tip: You can switch between Kanban and Table views using the view icons on the top-right of the pipeline.


Create a Deal (from an Additional Pipeline)

  1. Open an Additional Pipeline.
  2. Click + Add a deal (top-right) or click Add a deal inside a stage column.
  3. Select the Stage.
  4. (Optional) Select a Company.
  5. (Optional) Select a Contact.
  6. Enter the Deal name.
  7. (Optional) Enter the Deal value (USD).
  8. (Optional) Add Notes.
  9. Click Save.

Create a Deal (from a Company)

If your deal is tied to a specific company, you can create it directly from the company record.

  1. Open the Company.
  2. Click Actions (top-right).
  3. Select Add deal.
  4. Fill in the deal fields (stage, contact, name, value, notes).
  5. Click Save.

Tip: Creating a deal from a company helps keep your B2B activity organized around the account.


Move a Deal Through Stages

In Kanban view, you can move deals by dragging the deal card into another stage column.


Open a Deal

Click a deal to open the Deal Details page. At the top you’ll see key fields like:

  • Deal name
  • Value
  • Stage
  • Company (if selected)
  • Created / Updated
  • Estimated close and Closed dates
  • Owners

Add More Contacts to a Deal

Deals can include more than one contact.

  1. Open the deal.
  2. Go to the Contacts tab.
  3. Click Add contact (right side).
  4. Select the contact and save.

You can also use Actions (top-right) → Add contact.


Edit a Deal

  1. Open the deal.
  2. Click Actions (top-right).
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update fields such as:
    • Deal name
    • Value
    • Stage
    • Estimated close and Closed dates
    • Description
    • Owners (you can add more than one)
  5. Click Save.

View Deal Activity (Appointments & Tasks)

The deal details page includes tabs to help you review activity related to the deal’s contacts:

  • Appointments — Meetings connected to deal contacts
  • Tasks — Tasks connected to deal contacts
  • Custom fields — Any extra fields used by your team

Delete a Deal

  1. Open the deal.
  2. Click Actions (top-right).
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Important: Deleting a deal removes the deal record, but it does not delete the related contacts or company.
