Deals help you track opportunities, projects, or workflows inside Additional Pipelines.
Unlike the main Sales Pipeline, which tracks contacts, Additional Pipelines track deals that can be linked to contacts and, if enabled, companies.

Best Practices
Use deals in Additional Pipelines when you need to track opportunities or workflows beyond the main Sales Pipeline.
Link deals to a company when you want B2B opportunities organized around an account.
Add multiple contacts when more than one person is involved in the deal.
Keep the stage updated so the pipeline reflects the current status of each deal.
Review estimated close and closed dates regularly for more accurate reporting.
