Sales View vs Servicing Advisor View

LeadCenter includes a view toggle in the top navigation bar that lets each user switch between Sales View and Servicing Advisor View. This helps you focus on the tools and fields you need for your role without changing any underlying data.


Overview

  • Sales View (toggle OFF) — focused on pipelines, events, workflows, and sales tracking.
  • Servicing Advisor View (toggle ON) — focused on servicing assignments and operational management, with sales-specific items hidden.

This setting is saved per user and persists across sessions. It affects the sidebar navigation and certain fields on the Contact Details page. It does not change or delete your data.

Common issue: If you can’t find Pipelines, you are likely in Servicing Advisor View. Switch back to Sales View using the toggle in the top navigation bar.


How to Use

  1. Look at the toggle in the top navigation bar.
  2. Switch the toggle:
    • OFF = Sales View
    • ON = Servicing Advisor View

Your selected view is saved for your user and will still be selected the next time you log in.


What Changes When You Toggle

Sidebar navigation

When Servicing Advisor View is ON, these sidebar items are hidden:

  • Pipelines (and all sub-items)
  • Events
  • Workflows

All other sidebar items (such as Home, Inbox, Calendars, Contacts, Companies, Households, Tasks, Notes, Accounts, FQ, Documents, Reports) remain visible in both views.

  • Stage (including days in stage)

  • Family / spouse information
  • Owner

  • Office Location
  • Created / Updated dates
  • Closed At date
  • Client Since date
  • Do Not Contact alerts
  • RMD alerts
  • Email privacy settings
  • CRM integration status
  • Tags

Troubleshooting

  • I can’t find Pipelines, Events, or Workflows: Switch the toggle in the top navigation bar to Sales View (toggle OFF).
  • I can’t find Servicing Advisor or Wealth Manager fields: Switch the toggle to Servicing Advisor View (toggle ON).
  • Did switching views remove my data? No. Switching views does not delete or change data — it only changes what is shown on the screen.

Best Practices

  • Use Sales View for pipeline stages, revenue tracking, events, and workflows.
  • Use Servicing Advisor View for assigning and maintaining Servicing Advisor and Wealth Manager.
  • Remember the toggle is per user. Your view choice won’t change what other team members see.
