You can filter records by a date range on supported list pages, including Emails, Calls, Text Messages, Form Submissions, and Workflows.
This makes it easier to focus on records from a specific time period without scrolling through the full list.
Where Date Range Filters Are Available
The date range filter is available on these pages:
Emails — in the toolbar at the top of the inbox
Calls — in the filter bar above the calls list
Text Messages — in the filter bar above the text message list
Form Submissions — to the right of the Sort by dropdown in the filters bar
Workflows — in the filter bar above the workflows list
How to Apply a Date Range Filter
Go to one of the supported pages, such as Calls.
Click the Date range button, shown with a calendar icon in the filter bar.
Choose a predefined range from the dropdown, or click Custom Range to pick specific dates from the calendar.
Click Apply.
The page refreshes to show only records that fall within the selected date range.
Predefined Date Ranges
The following quick options are available:
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Month to Date
Last Month
Last 6 Months
Last 12 Months
Custom Range — choose any start and end date from the calendar
Remove a Date Range Filter
When a date range is active, a filter badge appears showing the selected range.
To remove it, click the × on the badge, or use the Clear button inside the date range picker.
Combine Date Range with Other Filters
The date range filter works with other filters on the same page.
For example, on the Calls page, you can filter by call type and date range at the same time.
Example Use Cases
Review last month’s calls: Go to Calls, select Last Month, and review call records from the previous month.
Check form submissions from a campaign: Go to Form Submissions, use Custom Range, and select the campaign dates.
Find emails from this month: Go to Emails and select Month to Date.
Audit workflow records: Go to Workflows and select the date range you want to review.
Important Notes
The filter uses the record’s timestamp, such as when an email was received, a call occurred, a form was submitted, or a workflow was created.
The selected date range is preserved in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
Refreshing the page keeps the date range filter active.
