View Assets Across Financial Accounts

The Assets page under Financial Accounts gives your team one place to search, filter, and review holdings across accounts without opening each financial account one by one.

Open the Assets Page

  1. Go to Financial Accounts (Contacts → Accounts).
  2. Click Assets in the top bar, next to Transactions.

  • Remove active search or type filters by clicking the X on the filter badge.

The asset count badge shows how many assets are currently visible out of the total matching your filters.

Price The unit price, with an as-of date when available.
Asset Type The category assigned to the holding, such as stock, bond, or cash.

Linked and Manual Assets

Assets synced from custodians such as Orion, Black Diamond, or Blueleaf are linked. Linked asset values update from the custodian, and they generally cannot be edited or deleted in LeadCenter while the account remains linked and active.

Assets added manually on a financial account are not linked. You can edit or delete manual assets from the Assets page using the row action menu, or from the account's own Assets section.

Each financial account still has its own Account assets section on the account details page. Use the all-accounts Assets page when you want one place to search and review holdings across accounts.
