How Do I Export My Data From Advisor Engine CRM?

To export your data from Advisor Engine CRM, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Click on the Database Export tile.
  3. Create a password that will be used to encrypt the zip file of your data. The password must be at least seven characters long.
  4. Click Export. Once the export is completed, you will receive a System Alert.
  5. When the alert is received, open your alerts and navigate to the System Alerts tab.
  6. Click Get Link To Database Export to download your data.
  7. Once downloaded, open the zip file using the password you created in Step 3.

These steps will provide your database contents in CSV files.

If you encounter any issues during the export process, contact Advisor Engine support directly to request a backup of your CRM data.

Once you’ve exported your data, you can securely send it to the LeadCenter Data Migration Team by emailing it to support@leadcenter.ai. Our team will help you seamlessly import your data into LeadCenter.
