How Do I Export My Data from Advisor’s Assistant?

To create a backup of your Advisor’s Assistant data, follow these steps:

  1. From the computer or server that has the Advisor’s Assistant SQL Database installed, navigate to:
    • Start > All Programs > Advisor’s Assistant > Database Maintenance > Backup > Restore
  2. This will open the Server Utilities.
  3. Click the Backup button.
  4. Select a location on your local computer to save the backup file.

Advisor’s Assistant will create a 256-bit AES encrypted, compressed ZIP file as a backup.

Once the backup file is created, securely send it to the LeadCenter Data Migration Team at support@leadcenter.ai. Our team will assist you in importing your data seamlessly into LeadCenter.
