How Do I Export My Data from Insightly?

Follow these steps to export your data from Insightly CRM:

  1. From the left navigation panel, select the page you want to export data from:
    • Contacts
    • Organizations
    • Opportunities
    • Projects
    • Tasks
  2. On the right sidebar, locate the Import/Export section and click the Export link.
  3. For specific records such as Contacts and Organizations, a new page of options will appear. Select the appropriate export option for:
    • Contacts
    • Organizations
    • Notes
  4. Insightly will generate a CSV file and email it to you.
  5. Repeat these steps for each data category you need to export.

Next Steps

Once you have exported your data, securely send the CSV files to the LeadCenter Data Migration Team at support@leadcenter.ai. Our team will assist you in importing your data seamlessly into LeadCenter.
