How Do I Export My Data from Highrise CRM?

You can export your notes and emails from Highrise CRM by following these steps:

Option 1: Export from the “Contacts” Page

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page in Highrise.
  2. On the right side of the Contacts page, click the Export link.
  3. Select Download all notes & emails to begin the export process.

Option 2: Export from the “My Info” Page

  1. Go to the My Info page in Highrise.
  2. Scroll down to find the Download this Data link on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the link to request your data export.

Once the export is complete, you will receive an email from Highrise with a link to download your data.

Next Steps

After downloading your data, securely send the backup file to the LeadCenter Data Migration Team at support@leadcenter.ai for a smooth and seamless migration.
