When migrating your data from Redtail to LeadCenter, we need a complete list of your users so activities, tasks, notes, and historical records are attributed to the correct people after migration.
Redtail backups reference users by an internal identifier, but the backup may not include the user’s full name in a way that can be reliably mapped. To ensure correct attribution in LeadCenter, our Data Migration team needs a user list exported from Redtail’s User Management page.
Recommended: Include First name, Last name, Email, and either the Redtail User ID (preferred) or Username (acceptable if User ID isn’t available).
Why this matters: If we can’t match a historical item to a user, notes and activities may appear as if they were created by the LeadCenter account owner.
Including email helps confirm the right match when multiple users have similar names.
You can copy your entire user list directly from the Redtail User Management page. This captures names, emails, and identifiers in one step.
If a user is disabled in Redtail or is not also a user in LeadCenter, we can still preserve correct attribution by creating a Legacy User in LeadCenter using the details you provide.
