How Do I Export My Contact Data from Wealthbox and Migrate to LeadCenter?

Follow these steps to export your contacts from Wealthbox CRM:

Export All Contacts

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page in Wealthbox.
  2. Click the Export option from the right-hand panel.

Export a Group of Contacts

  1. Filter your contact list using custom Tags or the Filter by field options.
  2. Click the checkbox next to Name at the top of your list:
    • This will select the current page of contacts by default. To select all contacts in the filtered list, choose Select Them All.
  3. Click Bulk Actions and then select Export to CSV.
  4. Export to CSV - Wealthbox

Accessing Your Export

Once your export is complete:

  • You’ll receive an email notification with a download link.
  • Alternatively, navigate to the Export page:
    1. Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
    2. Under the Workspace section, click Export.
    3. Locate your export under the Recent Exports section. If the export is still in progress, you’ll see In Progress under Status. Once complete, the Download option will appear.
