How Do I Export My Data from Daylite CRM?

Follow these steps to export your data from Daylite CRM:

  1. Select the appropriate view for the data you want to export. Options include:
    • People
    • Companies
    • Projects
    • Opportunities
    • Groups
    • Tasks
    • Appointments
    • Notes
  2. Choose View > Multi-Column List to display your data in a list format.
    • Tip: To add more columns, right-click the column header and select additional columns.
    • You can also rearrange columns by dragging and dropping the headers into your preferred order.
  3. Select the records you wish to export.
  4. Navigate to File > Export > Export Visible Columns and Selected Rows to File.
  5. In the export options sheet that opens:
    • Enter a file name and choose a location to save the file.
    • Select CSV as the file format.
    • Stick to the default file encoding: Unicode (UTF-8).
    • For line endings, select CRLF (Windows).
  6. Click Save to generate the CSV file.
