How Do I Export My Data from Keap (Infusionsoft)?

Follow these steps to export your data from Infusionsoft to a CSV file format. These steps can be used to export contact lists, referral partners, opportunities, orders, and various reports.

Steps to Export Your Data

  1. Go to CRM > Contacts in the main navigation menu to begin exporting your contacts.
  2. Select a saved search from the drop-down menu or click Start Over to enter new search criteria.
    3. Search Contacts - Keap (Infusionsoft)
  3. Select the contacts you want to export. To export all search results, check the Select All checkbox at the top of the list.
    4. Select Contacts Export - Keap (Infusionsoft)
  4. Click on the Actions button and select Export.

  5. Check the boxes for the fields you want to include in the export. If you plan to update your data later, make sure to include the ID field.
    6. Choose fields to export - Keap (Infusionsoft)
  6. Scroll down and select the file format for the export: CSV or ZIP.
  7. Choose your delivery method:
    • View/Download the file: Save it directly to your computer.
    • Email it: Enter an email address to receive the file in your inbox.

  8. Click Process, then confirm by clicking Okay. Save the CSV file to your computer or check your email inbox for the file.

Once you’ve exported your data, send the CSV file to the LeadCenter Data Migration Team at support@leadcenter.ai. Our team will assist with transferring your data into LeadCenter.
