How Do I Export My Data from Maximizer CRM?

Follow these steps to export your contacts from Maximizer CRM:

  1. Click the Maximizer button at the top left of your Maximizer screen.
    • Note: If you are using an older version, select File.
  2. Select Import/Export/Transfer.
  3. Click on Address Book Entries.
  4. In the dialog box:
    • Click Browse to choose a location and name for the file (e.g., save it to your desktop).
    • Set the format to Comma Separated Value (CSV).
    • Click OK.
  5. Select the fields you want to export:
    • You can double-click each field or click Add to include it in the export file.
  6. Click Export to generate the CSV file.
